webmastertools4u.com strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind (with our website URL, webmastertools4u.com, your Click for Hits referral URL etc., and our e-mail addresses, e.g. webmaster@webmastertools4u.com, etc.). We will not tolerate Spam and will terminate any member who violates our anti-Spam policy. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, you will forfeit all credits in your account, and you will not be allowed to rejoin.

Click for Hits reserves the right to not accept any advertisement/website which Click for Hits determines to be inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to advertisements or links to pornography, celebrities, dating, violence, vulgar language, racial/hate promotion, illegal mp3s, gambling; FFA and classified websites; websites with automatic pop-up windows or prompts except one small free host ad (hypermart, tripod, angelfire, etc), dead URLs; not English websites.

Click for Hits may terminate a member’s account if no activity has occurred in such account for three (3) consecutive months. Any accrued credits or referrals in such account shall be forfeited.

A member may not artificially inflate credits for his/her account using any device, program, robot or other means.

Your name and email address are not accessible to anyone. Click for Hits will never sell or give this information to any party. The purpose of tracking your email address is to notify you of a problem with your account (if any). On rare occasions Click for Hits will notify you via email when there is a major service announcement or updates (if you wanted to receive e-mails upon signing up). Invalid email addresses result in the termination of your account.

You may cancel your membership by emailing webmaster at any time.

New participants can immediately start earning credits upon signing up. After your website and other information is checked against our standards (usually within 1-5 business days) and you start earning credits your account status is changed to an active. Participants whose website does not meet the Click for Hits standards lose any unused credits they may have accumulated during the probation period.

Click for Hits, its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of Click for Hits services.

Members agree to use Click for Hits at their own risk.

Click for Hits reserves the right to add, delete and modify an account at anytime. Deleted accounts will lose all credits and the remaining credits may not be redeemed.

Click for Hits reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at anytime.
